Very good session at Camber from 11am. Arrived to find a bunch including Krafty, Hotfuzz and the Geriatric Looper rigging 4.2s. I'm not sure if anyone had actually been to see the sea, but it felt windy behind the dunes. I opted for my 4m and was very pleased I did for the three runs I got out of it before a panel imploded. Quickly changed to my 4.5 and headed back out. Some of the waves were of knee trembling size and the jumping was worthy of Worthing Pier. I started to get quite comfortable in the really big bits and went for the lip of a few monsters and was rewarded with what felt like a very long drop roller coaster. I'd put it fairly regularly at logo high, but not very clean like some days I'd had there. It was a bit too much for my sail until about 2pm and then it calmed down a notch and I had a really really good 45 mins before an unplanned swim nearly finished me off and so I called it a day (note to self: don't hang on to the uphaul when getting rinsed, it isn't as good as a footstrap).
